Rubycom’s finance coaching & mentoring service is a tailored program to assist individuals with a non finance background improve their knowledge, skills and confidence around topics such as interpreting financial statements, cash management, forecasting, investment appraisals plus more. 

The program is most suited to individuals with an operations, business development or engineering background who are about to assume a role with profit & loss responsibility, or entrepreneurs running or planning to start their own company.

The program is run online via Zoom on a one to one dedicated basis with objectives / tailored content agreed prior to commencement. 

The program runs over 6 to 8 weeks, with individual sessions of one to two hours arranged at a time to suit you.
